Summary

I am a multidisciplinary research engineer with a Master's degree in electrical engineering (Aalto University, 2008), and a Ph.D. in neuroscience (University of Lyon, 2012).

I have strong quantitative skills from various fields ranging from illumination engineering, cognitive neuroscience, circadian biology, vision science, embedded electronics, multiphoton microsopy to deep learning convolutional networks. I am looking to transition from academia to industry/startups.

Despite the seemingly diverse fields, my interests have been always been focused on light, imaging and images in a way or another from different angles.
